How do I place an order?
- Select your collection and product.
- Select the size you need.
- Add your product to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Upload your photo and add a comment on the checkout page if necessary.

What print sizes do you have?
We offer a wide range of standard sizes: 8×12, 12×12, 12×16, 12×18, 16×16, 18×18, 16×20, 20×20, 16×24, 18×24, 20×30.
Can I submit several photos for you to combine into one portrait?
We can incorporate various faces from different photos into a single artwork. You may send us multiple photos of individuals or pets you’d like included in the portrait. Our artists will then skillfully blend these different faces together.
How do I upload/send my photo to AustinCanvasPrints?
- Upload your photo on checkout page.
- If you have photos to email to us, the address is support@austincanvasprints.com Please make sure to include your name and order number so we know who the photo belongs to.

How long will it take for my portrait to arrive, and how much will shipping cost? (for Austin TX and surrounding areas)
Orders placed by 3.00 PM qualify for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 3.00 PM may not guarantee next-day delivery. Free next-day delivery is available for Austin and surrounding areas, including Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Hutto. We have free shipping . Will you send me a tracking number? (for US shipping)
Yes, we’ll email one out to you. We know how important it is for our customers to be informed about their order, so we’ll send it to you as soon as possible. Once you’ve got your tracking number, your portrait should arrive within a few days. If you still haven’t received a tracking number within 14 days of your order, please email us.
How is my canvas print packaged for delivery? (for US shipping)
Your canvas will be carefully wrapped in protective materials and shipped in a sturdy box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship only within the United States.

How do I hang my canvas print?
Each print comes with a wall hanging kit and short instructions.
How should I clean my print?
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe away dust. Avoid using water or cleaning products.
How to prolong the life of your artwork?
We would recommend taking the following steps to prolong the life of your artwork:
- Avoid touching the surface, as dirt and friction can cause damage over time and lead to a loss of its original appearance.
- Keep your artwork away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- Do not hang your artwork in hot or humid areas, as excessive heat and moisture can cause the canvas to sag or lose its tension on the stretcher frame.
